Terms of Service
Last updated 25 July 2026
Template notice. This is a working draft written to describe how the product actually behaves. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have counsel review it before you accept real registrations or take payment.
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of ProAI Masterclass (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person or organisation per account; accounts may not be shared or resold.
3. Tokens and allocations
The Service is metered in tokens. Each plan includes a monthly token allocation, and each generation deducts a published token amount from your balance.
- Allocations refresh at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless a plan states otherwise.
- When your balance reaches zero, generation pauses. We do not continue serving requests and bill the difference as overage.
- Token costs per tool are published in the product and may change with reasonable notice as underlying model pricing changes.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute:
- Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes another party's rights;
- Material that sexualises minors, or that promotes violence or self-harm;
- Content presented as coming from a real person or organisation without authorisation;
- Spam, malware, or content designed to deceive or defraud.
You also agree not to attempt to circumvent token metering, resell access, or use automated means to extract model outputs at scale.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and, to the extent permitted by law, the outputs you generate. You grant us the limited licence needed to process, store and display that content in order to operate the Service. AI outputs may not be unique — similar prompts can produce similar results for other users.
7. Third-party providers
The Service depends on third parties including OpenAI for generation, Stripe for payments and Clerk for authentication. Their availability affects ours, and their terms apply to their portion of the Service.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and factors outside our control may cause downtime. We do not credit tokens for downtime unless a plan expressly provides for it.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical and immediately where the breach is serious. Unused token allocations are not refundable on termination for breach.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. AI output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use — you are responsible for what you publish. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that constitutes acceptance.
12. Contact
